Brunch in Seminyak

Somewhat of an institution here in Bali, brunch certainly helps to pull us out of bed every weekend morning. Artistic cappuccinos, fresh fruit juices, fluffy pancakes and decadent egg dishes are standard operating procedures at many a brunch spots scattered around Seminyak. On average, you can spend around $10-12 and leave a Bali brunch with a very happy, satiated belly.

La Lucciola

Nestled in a traditional open-air pavilion directly on Petitenget Beach, La Lucciola is a longtime favorite well-known for their gourmet brunches, especially on Sundays. While this place does get crowded on the weekends, you can usually just show up without a reservation and get a table if you are a party of 4 or less. A must try on their menu: eggs benedict and tropical fruit granitas. Along with breakfast, La Lucciola is also open for lunch and dinner serving mouth-watering Italian cuisine.

Sea Circus

Sea Circus

Sea Circus is a cozy coffee house with consistent crowds but good vibes, good eggs, and good lattes. Don’t miss their Acai bowl of granola: frozen blueberries, bananas, acai & bee pollen and their Avo Eggs: 2 poached eggs & squashed avocado on toast with lemon & red onion marmalade. They also have a very cool hangover happy meal for the guest who had an overly awesome night out. Also, they have churros with chocolate sauce. Who can resist a good churro?
