1. Spice by Chris Salans
Chris Salans is a talented chef cook widely known in all of Bali as he already runs two great ‘Spice Restaurants’ in Ubud and Sanur. Now, the doors finally opened in Seminyak on the first of July this year and it was about time! Chris Salans is a great gastronomic chef and the stylish Spice Gastro Bar & Restaurant in Seminyak thrills and surprises with innovative sensational tastes, mixing the French touch with Indonesian flavors. The food is not only super duper delicious but it is also healthy, using sustainable and locally sourced ingredients including roots, herbs, and spices with great health benefits. 2. Street Boi
Officially opened on the 20th of July 2017, this restaurant in buzzing Petitenget serves the best bao buns in town! You can expect delicious Asian-inspired buns with homemade wasabi and garlic sauces and a whole lot more interesting and exciting flavors. Enjoy the bites of a tasty Asian bun together with Street Boi’s funky and healthy homemade sodas. Street Boi makes a great stop for lunch or dinner and prices are surprisingly affordable. There is a bun for everyone – from tasty beef and chicken to pork belly and yummy chickpeas burgers for the vegetarians among us. The Vietnamese salad is also awesome! In addition to the popular Sisterfields restaurant, Bikini opened its doors in the beginning of this year in the trendy and happening Oberoi district of Seminyak.
