In between the requisite shopping and the dining, make sure to clear some of your Seminyak schedule for a session or two of yoga or Pilates. Whether you prefer the meditative kind that leaves you feeling mindful and calm, or the aerobic class that allows you to get in your required cardio in for the day, Seminyak classes and studios offer it all. If leaving your private accommodation proves unattractive, many studios will offer instructors who can come directly to your location for a personal, one-on-one class.
